Refund policy

We offer delivery across Miami, Hollywood, for orders placed before 3 PM.

Deliveries are made daily between 9 AM – 7 PM.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers upon delivery — we cannot leave arrangements unattended outdoors.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

If your arrangement arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours
